Nutrition Exchange of Southwest Michigan is a new regional network connecting hunger relief organizations and local farms to meet rising needs with community-driven solutions. The Exchange strengthens our local food system by ensuring neighbors facing hunger can access fresh, locally grown foods that promote health, while also supporting the livelihoods of area farmers. They needed a bright and vibrant brand system to create awareness for the programs delivered through a partnership with Southwest Michigan Food is Health Collaborative, the Berrien Community Foundation, and SBG Health Strategies.
